New Brunswick Water Utility is made up of three divisions with a total
of 44 employees.

Responsible for the day to day operations of all divisions.
Distribution
Division

Responsible for maintenance and repair of the City's water mains and fire
hydrants.
Treatment
Division
Ed O'Rourke, Chief Water Treatment Plant Operator

Responsible for treatment and pumping of 13 million gallons of potable
water daily.
Billing
and Meter Reading Division
Thomas Boylan, Sr. Supervisor
Joe DeBonis, Senior Account Clerk in charge of meter installations
732-745-5053
Responsible for billing and meter reading the city's 7900 active accounts.
This division also has oversight of the meter installation and replacement
section.
