(The purpose of this Board can be found pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S. 40:11A-1 et seq., and in the Municipal Code Section 2.36.010 (E). The New Brunswick Parking Authority is subject to all the rights, powers, and duties vested in and conferred upon it by the terms and provisions of the state statutes.)
