THE CITY OF NEW BRUNSWICK ~ CHANGE OF MEETING LOCATION FROM THE NEW BRUNSWICK CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS 78 BAYARD STREET TO TELEPHONIC CONFERENCING SYSTEM, AND REVISING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION OF THE MEETING OF THE NEW BRUNSWICK CITY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 27, 2020 AT 7:00 P.M.
The New Brunswick City Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet by electronic teleconferencing at 7:00 P.M. on April 27. Please be advised that due to the current state of emergency and public health emergency declared by Governor Phil Murphy pursuant to Executive Orders, guidelines from the CDC and in an effort to prevent further spread of COVID-19, the general public are unable to attend in person. Participation will be revised from attending this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting in person to telephonic conferencing for this City Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting. Members of the public will be able hear all business and testimony, and to give public comment during public comment portions of the meeting through telephonic conferencing. To participate you must phone-in by dialing (408) 418-9388 and enter access code 711-153-979. City Staff will be available, to offer technical support, by phone, by calling (732) 745-5007. The telephonic conferencing system will be activated at 6:50 P.M. on April 27, 2020. Formal action will be taken during this meeting.
