Minor Site Plan Committee and Minor Subdivision Committee Upcoming Meetings
 
The following meetings are currently scheduled for the City of New Brunswick Minor Site Plan Committee and Minor Subdivision Committee

The Minor Site Plan Committee 
will meet on Monday, August 31, 2020 at 9:00 AM via telephonic conferencing at +1 (408)-418-9388 and the Access Code is: 710 200 298.

The Minor Subdivision Committee 
will meet on Monday, August 31, 2020 at 9:30 AM via telephonic conferencing at +1 (408)-418-9388 and the Access Code is: 710 200 298.

Additionally, all meetings will be available via video through the WebEx platform at the following URL:

All meetings are subject to change and/or cancellation.


The New Brunswick City Minor Site Plan Committee and Minor Subdivision Committee will meet by electronic teleconferencing on the above dates. 
Please be advised that due to the current state of emergency and public health emergency declared by Governor Phil Murphy pursuant to Executive Orders, guidelines from the CDC and in an effort to prevent further spread of COVID-19, the general public are unable to attend in person.  Participation will be revised from attending these Minor Site Plan Committee and Minor Subdivision Committee meetings in person to telephonic conferencing or video for these meetings. Members of the public will be able hear all business and testimony, and to give public comment during public comment portions of the meeting through telephonic or video conferencing. 

To participate you must phone-in by dialing (408) 418-9388 and entering access code 710 200 298. City Staff will be available, to offer technical support, by phone, at (732) 745-5007. The telephonic conferencing system will be activated 10 minutes prior to the meeting start time on each of the above dates.

All applications and supporting documents for these meetings are available via the City website at www.cityofnewbrunswick.org/minorsitedocuments,  via email, pick up, or for viewing by appointment during regular business hours (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) in the office of the Department of Planning, Community and Economic Development, 25 Kirkpatrick Street, 2nd Floor, New Brunswick at least ten (10) days prior to the date of said meeting. The applicant’s exhibits will be marked and available via the City website at www.cityofnewbrunswick.or/minorsitedocuments, or at www.cityofnewbrunswick.org/planningboarddocuments , or at www.cityofnewbrunswick.org/zoningboarddocuments, via email, pick up, or for viewing by appointment during regular business hours (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) in the office of the Department of Planning, Community and Economic Development, 25 Kirkpatrick Street, 2nd Floor, New Brunswick at least five (5) days prior to the date of said meeting. Should anyone from the public want to provide any exhibits to present at the Minor Subdivision or Minor Site Plan meetings, they should contact the Board Secretary so that the items may be available electronically during the meeting for viewing by the public. Those items will be marked and made available to the public on the City website at www.cityofnewbrunswick.org/planningboard.
