Special Scholarship Program for City Residents Being Offered at Middlesex College

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ (January 21, 2021) – A special scholarship program for New Brunswick residents, made possible by Johnson & Johnson and the Middlesex College Foundation, has been designed to assist adults seeking employment as a Phlebotomy Technician, Community Health Worker or Medical Assistant. Students enrolling in one of these three select Middlesex College noncredit certificate programs are eligible to apply for a potential scholarship to cover a significant portion of the tuition fee.

There are certain eligibility requirements, and all applicants will be required to submit a written essay explaining how the scholarship will help them to overcome barriers to enhance their career, as well as what unique qualities they possess that would make them eligible for the scholarship.
