Tropical Storm Ida - Residential Assistance

Information on FEDERAL ASSISTANCE for homeowners:
The recent Federal Disaster Declaration for Middlesex County covers any storm damage that took place during Tropical Storm Ida between Wednesday, September 1 and Friday, September 3, 2021. This assistance is available to any New Brunswick resident who experienced storm damage.

New Brunswick residents and business owners are eligible for a number of federal programs which include:
1.  Low-cost loans for property losses not covered by insurance 
2.  Grants for temporary shelter

Individuals and business owners who sustained losses in the designated areas can begin applying for assistance by registering HERE or by calling 1-800-621-3362 or 1-800-462-7585 TTY for the hearing and speech impaired.
